Return and Refund Policy

We have a simple return policy in place. If you don't like the product, or it doesn't live up to the quality or there are issues with your product, please email us at schwaboparts@gmail.com. We will refund you the purchase price, minus any applicable shipping and/or handling costs upon inspection of the item you've purchased from us. We're a small business and strive to deliver the best customer service!! Shipping and packaging fee's are unfortunately not refunded. 

To start a refund, please contact us first. We will work with you to get the item shipped back after 1-3 days of receipt of the item, we will refund.

You have 7 days from receipt of the item to initiate a return! 

If the item is defective, we will replace the item at no cost to you or you can request a full refund.

Please note that the funds will be refunded via Paypal!
